A styling zone with access to three chairs, a basin, a trolley and colour storage

How it works

You run your own business: your own clients, prices, hours and brand.
You use your own booking software and payment system. There's no reception, so you look after your own bookings and client communication.
Licence fees are paid fortnightly in advance and increase by 3% each 1 July.
A bond of 8 weeks' licence fee (excluding GST) is payable upfront, or 4 weeks upfront with the balance by instalments.
Everything is set out in a written licence agreement, including the presentation standards that keep Eden looking its best.

What you'll need

An ABN, and GST registration once your turnover reaches $75,000 a year
Public liability and professional indemnity insurance (we also recommend income protection or personal accident cover)
Your own booking software and payment system
Your own colour, professional stock and retail stock
To manage your own tax obligations, including BAS and your own superannuation

Spaces are available Monday to Friday. Weekend days may be available by arrangement, so just ask.
